dc.description.abstract The aim of the study was to examine The Impact of School Grant on Quality of Learning in primary schools of Silte Zone. To conduct the study descriptive survey design was employed. In this study 465 sample participants from 891 study population were selected by using multi-stage sampling techniques. Questionnaire, interview, Focus Group Discussion, and school observation checklist were the main data gathering instrument for this study to conduct and enrich the quantitative data. Out of the total 465 respondents 350(75.27%) were properly responded that in mean value (M=2.69053) and standard deviation value (SD=1.1950744583) respectively, and the reliability coefficient at α=0.823 and correlation is significant at the o.o5 level. the Impact of School Grant on Quality of Learning, has low impact in terms of the contributions of School grant on the quality of learning, the factors that adversely affecting the impact of school grant on the quality of learning, and the extent of school principals, Woreda education office quality assurance, Worabe Town Administration education office quality assurance, and Silte Zone Education Bureau Managing or administrating the School grant budget at school level for its intended purpose in primary school of Silte Zone. Finally, to improve the impact of school grant and to assure the quality of learning at school level, the drawn recommendations were; the schools grant budget implementers or actors and their implementation system should be managed or administered properly by school principals, WEO, TAEO and ZEB. Thus, it would be advisable that the utilization manual of school grant budget contains criteria for the utilization or for the implementation processes, and also to improve the awareness of the implementers or actors of school grant budget at school level, the WEO and the Zone Education Bureau has to give en_US
