Besides, the study used statistical tools for the study such as correlation coefficient and regression analysis for knowing the effect of one variable on to other. The findings suggest that two of work life balance dimensions i.e., family responsibility and work over load found to be inversely related with job performance. And also the three work life balances dimensions indicate that welfare policy, leave policy and flexible work arrangement have a positive relation with job performance.
