Conclusion The study revealed that a significant number of children did not receive the full vaccination. Mothers/caregivers older age, maternal education, time taken to reach the nearest health facility by foot less than 15 minute, ANC follow and health facility delivery were identified factors. The Woreda health office should work to raise the awareness by designing proper health education targeting the mothers/caregivers knowledge to expand the services. (1)
