Abstract:
The rate of caesarian section is increasing across the world, its use seems to follow
the health care inequity pattern of the world: under use in low income settings, and adequate or
even unnecessary use in middle and high income settings. Caesarean sections can cause
significant and sometimes permanent complications, disability or death. However, there was
shortage of researches on caesarian section delivery complications especially in southern region.
