tenure structure is made a relatively strong association with income and saving .To
overcome the problem, giving plots of land for housing, condominium housing scheme
should be taken a special attention and using local building materials to make low- and
middle- income employees homeowners. Controlling mechanism need to be established
by Bahir Dar City municipality to solve the problem of land delivery system and financial
institutions should be available for housing loan with appropriate criteria with low
interest rate and long time for the repayment of the amount of the loan. Moreover, social
institutions like Equb need to be promoted for middle-and low-income employees to
improve the habit of saving |
