Abstract:
Analysis, Hydraulic performance, Water demand, Water distribution system,
Non-revenue water, and water lR
decreases from 38 (23.17%) before optimization to 17 (10.37 %) after optimization during
minimum flow hours. This study concluded that the existing water distribution network in
the study area was not adequate to satisfy the required water demand. The existing system
can significantly reduce the demand problem by modifying the existing system like
changing old pipes and by optimizing under and oversized pipes. By modifying the existing
water supply system and engagement of skilled workers in the enterprise will make the
system more acceptable and increase its performance.
