Abstract:
This project paper is about” FACTORS AFFECTING TIME, COST AND QUALITY
PERFORMANCE OF PUBLIC BUILDING PROJECTS IN ARBAMINCH” .The objective is
to identify the factors that affects and the way how to mitigate them.
Different literatures were assessed to show how they affect and how to control them with the
questionnaire and case study.
The first and second chapter deals about introduction and literature review. The third, fourth
and fifth chapters are dealing about methodology, discussion and result and about conclusion
and recommendations.
